I had a near-disaster yesterday; I posted my stock of Wii Fits on Amazon and when I looked a few minutes later they had disappeared but I had made no apparent sales. So I thought I’d made a mistake and posted them again same thing they just disappeared. In fact it transpired that Wii Fits were so hot they had sold in seconds but did not appear in my sold account until the following morning. Thanks to this I’d ending up selling my stock twice, so I’ve had a most desperate day getting more stock; fortunately this was possible. I’ve never experienced a rush like this. I shall have to find out why Amazon’s Own System couldn’t keep up funny thing it’s got me FIT because they are heavy 5KGs.

Comprised of two parts, the Balance Board and the Wii Fit game itself, the package will set you back £70. That may sound a bit steep, but it’s not a dissimilar cost to Guitar Hero, and you aren’t going to loose weight just by championing Through the Fire and Flames on Expert difficulty.
Whether just doing push ups, step aerobics and yoga to improve your body mass index, or partaking in more ‘fun’ games such as hula hooping and snowboarding Wii Fit should provide a decent level of entertainment. Better yet, you’ll be getting some exercise too - who said computer games weren’t healthy?
Wii Fit has actually been available in Japan for around five months now, during which about 1.5 million units have been sold. Sony unveils GTA IV PS3 bundle

Sony has finally unveiled an official Grand Theft Auto IV PS3 bundle for Europe.

It will cost GBP 319.99 (EUR 400) and include a 40GB PS3 with a Sixaxis pad and a copy of the game. It has a pretty box, too.

“We are delighted to offer the millions of PS3 and GTA fans the ultimate gaming package,” said David Reeves, boss of Sony Europe.

Retailers have the bundle ready to buy right now and promise delivery on the day of GTA IV release - 29th April.

PS3 iPlayer Crack Launched

The unofficial version of the video streaming player saw developers create a workaround portal so PS3 owners could access the iPlayer. The hack allows gamers to stream BBC content directly to their TVs via the games console.

PS3 owners can access the service at http://ps3iplayer.com and the developers claim they created the workaround in part to show how easy it is to get the iPlayer, which launched in December, to work on the Sony device.

The BBC has yet to create an official version of the iPlayer for the PS3 or Microsoft’s Xbox 360 but last week the broadcaster named the Wii as the first console to officially gain access to the service. The broadcaster claims that the problem isn’t on their end and that the trouble lies with Sony and Microsoft as the two firms have expressed concerns over the way in which content streamed to the devices is controlled.

The Playstation 3 console (commonly known as PS3) is a video game console by Sony Entertainment, and follows on from its predecessors, Playstation 1 and Playstation 2. 2006 saw the release of the ‘seventh generation’ of video game consoles which included the Playstation 3 game console, as well as Microsoft’s Xbox 360 and Nintendo’s Wii. History

The Playstation 3 Console was first released on November 11th 2006 in Japan, and this was followed by a release in North America, Taiwan and Hong Kong on November 17th 2006. It was released in Europe in early 2007.

Configurations

The Playstation 3 Console was originally available in two forms, the 20 GB Basic model and the 60 GB Premium model. The 20 GB model is still being sold in Japan but is no longer available in America due to lack of consumer demand. As of July 2007, there are three configurations of the PlayStation 3 console: a 20 GB model, a 60 GB model, and an 80 GB model. All retail packages include a SIXAXIS controller (a motion controller which reacts to movement), a USB cable, a video audio output cable, an Ethernet cable and a power cable. The main differences between the 20GB and the larger models are that the 20GB model comes with less features; it does not have access to wi-fi and flash memory like its larger models.

Games and Features

Sales and Pricing

The early production costs for the Playstation 3 console models were estimated at US $805.85 for the 20 GB model and US $840.35 for the 60 GB model. Since the original prices were set, they have since fallen further.

Backward Compatibility

The Playstation 3 console has been designed with a backward compatibility, which basically means that both Playstation 1 and 2 games can play on the Playstation 3 console.
